Energize the body, sharpen the mind, and find your balance with the repeating Surya Namaskar postures (asanas) sequence followed by Ashiatsu Barre Bodywork.

The benefits of Surya Namaskar are numerous, as the routine engages the core, stretches the hamstrings, and loosens the shoulders. It will improve blood circulation throughout the entire body and promotes overall health. The practice is 1on1 and can be adapted to your individual needs. When practiced at a fast pace, the technique provides an excellent cardiovascular workout and aids weight loss. When practiced at a slower pace, the flow is calming and grounding. Either way is an excellent transition towards Ashiatsu Barre Bodywork; a deeper cleansing bodywork experience.
